Due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation and its unprecedented impact upon worldwide travel, unfortunately some of our Winter 2019/20 ski programme was unable to go ahead as originally planned.

For customers who were due to travel in March and April 2020: We’ve now contacted all of our customers that have booked with us directly. Once again, we’re really sorry that you didn’t get to enjoy your much-anticipated time on the mountain. Thank you for your understanding.

For customers who are due to travel from December 2020 onwards: We’ve been operating ski holidays in Europe for the last 38 years and will continue to do so for the forthcoming winter seasons. At the moment, all of our Winter 2020/21 holidays are continuing to operate as planned and will be reviewed in line with government and travel advice closer to the time. If there are any changes to your holiday next winter, then we will be in touch. Thank you for your support and understanding.

The safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff is always our highest priority. Please find the latest on how to contact us here.

How will Brexit affect my holiday?

You’re probably wondering what Brexit will mean for your holiday. You can rest assured that, regardless of the Brexit outcome, the European Commission has said that planes leaving from the UK will still be allowed to fly over countries in European Union, even in a no-deal scenario. Here at Crystal, we’ll continue to operate our holidays to all of our fantastic destinations, including those within the EU.

Our advice remains to make sure your passports are valid for at least 6 months after your departure date. This applies to adults and children. Also, if your last passport was renewed before it expired, extra months will have been added to your new passport, but these may not count towards the six-month minimum.

We strongly advise you to check your passport and renew it if necessary, so that your holiday is not affected. You can do this on the government’s website.
