For customers due to travel from December 2020 onwards: We’ve been operating ski holidays in Europe for the last 38 years and will continue to do so for the forthcoming winter seasons. At the moment we’re focusing our efforts and attention on customers who were due to travel in the next two months so please bear with us. We kindly ask at this time that you do not contact us and thank you for your support and understanding.

How will Brexit affect my holiday?

You’re probably wondering what Brexit will mean for your holiday. You can rest assured that, regardless of the Brexit outcome, the European Commission has said that planes leaving from the UK will still be allowed to fly over countries in European Union, even in a no-deal scenario. Here at Crystal, we’ll continue to operate our holidays to all of our fantastic destinations, including those within the EU.

Our advice remains to make sure your passports are valid for at least 6 months after your departure date. This applies to adults and children. Also, if your last passport was renewed before it expired, extra months will have been added to your new passport, but these may not count towards the six-month minimum.

We strongly advise you to check your passport and renew it if necessary, so that your holiday is not affected. You can do this on the government’s website.
