We're ATOL protected, so on flight-inclusive holidays, should an airline go bust or weather ground your flight, you won't lose any money or be stranded. Likewise, as ABTA members, all of our package holidays are protected financially in the event of company failure.
ABTA and ABTA Members help holidaymakers get the most from their travel and assist them when things don’t go according to plan. If you've booked direct through Crystal, it also means all your holiday booking information is in the palm of your hand –from your flight info and accommodation details to your pre-booked ski extras.
Let us know your mobile number when you book and we'll text you a 24/7 contact number for our overseas team – so you can then get in touch whenever you want, with any questions or queries. We'll also text you important updates, like travel disruptions, resort incidents or serious weather warnings. It's a free service and we'll only use your number for keeping you up to date and making sure you have a great trip.
Our reps will meet you at almost all airports to help get pre-booked lift passes, equipment hire and ski school sorted – making sure you're ready for the mountain.
Most resorts will have a rep based there so, if you need anything during your trip, just check the app to find out where you can come for a chat. Even if there isn't a rep based in your resort, you can still get in touch 24/7 with any questions.
We’re a long-established part of the ski scene, we know our stuff, and we have partnerships with the wider ski community. We've linked up with both GB Snowsport and the Ski Club of Great Britain, and we actively support the work of Disability Snowsport UK and Protect Our Winters.
You’ll find our Crystal Hubs at the major snow centres around the UK. These indoor snow slopes are great for beginner ski lessons, building confidence on real snow and improving technique before a trip.

By supporting Disability Snowsport UK we’re helping more disabled people take part in snowsports. Our UK and overseas-based teams get involved by doing all sorts of fundraising, from holding office bake sales to quizzes in resorts, so together we can enable all people to participate in snowsports, regardless of disability, injury, or experience.
