This means you can find us at five of the UK's indoor snow centres, we've linked up with both Snow+Rock and the Ski Club of Great Britain, and we support Disability Snowsports UK, the British Snowsports Fund and Protect Our Winters.

At Crystal, we're passionate about working with the charity Disability Snowsport UK (DSUK). Their work is truly inspirational and every year we raise as much money as we can to support them.

With that in mind, Crystal has become a friend of the UK branch of Protect Our Winters (POW). Started in the US by professional snowboarder Jeremy Jones in 2007 as a climate activist group, POW mobilises the snowsports community to lead the charge on positive climate action.
POW UK is similarly aimed at helping people take effective action, but in a way that is fun, easy, inclusive and rewarding. Its objective is to mobilise the UK outdoor sports community to accelerate the transition to a sustainable and low carbon economy.
In practice this is done by engaging people and companies through their snowsports livelihoods and passions, educating them on the risks of climate change, empowering them to take effective action and encouraging them to do so.
We support The British Snowsports Fund to help Britain's talented skiers and boarders reach their full potential.
The fund was launched in September 2016 by British Ski & Snowboard, the national governing body for snowsports in the UK, raising money to help Winter Olympic and Paralympic athletes - and future hopefuls - by funding training and competitions. We've made sure all you have to think about when booking is where you want to go. Many of our air holidays are protected by ATOL and ABTA, so your trip is in safe hands.
Our teams in the UK and overseas are always on call. If something unexpected should cause your holiday to be cancelled, we'll pull out all the stops to find you the very best alternative and make sure you're never out of pocket.
We're ATOL protected, so on many flight-inclusive holidays, should an airline go bust or weather ground your flight, you won't lose any money or be stranded. Likewise, as ABTA members, all package and 'Flight-Plus' holidays are protected financially in the event of company failure.

Crystal Ski Holidays was founded in 1981 as a specialist holiday company taking UK customers to Europe's lakes and mountains in the summer and ski resorts in the winter.
Over the next 15 years the company grew rapidly, and by the 1990s had become the largest ski operator in the UK; a position we still hold today. Crystal was acquired by Thomson Holidays in 1997. A decade later, following the merger of Thomson with First Choice Holidays, we became part of the TUI Group – meaning your holiday is backed by one of the world's largest travel companies.
Over the last three decades Crystal has continually added great new destinations, worked hard to keep the price you pay down, and developed new ways to make going on holiday easier.
One of these developments is the Crystal Ski Explorer app. Download it now to track your average speed and distance, get the latest snow and weather reports and access useful info about your resort from our teams on the ground. If you've booked direct through Crystal, it also means all your information is in the palm of your hand – from flight tickets to accommodation details and pre-booked extras.
Once you've booked, we'll send a link to download the app before your holiday, allowing you to log in using your booking reference, helping you get clued up on your ski destination. It includes rep contact details, local tips and maps of both the resort and pistes.
Let us know your mobile number when you book and we'll text you a 24/7 contact number for our overseas team. You can then get in touch whenever you want, with any questions or queries. We'll also text you important updates, like travel disruptions, resort incidents or serious weather warnings. It's a free service that could really come in handy, and we'll only use your number for keeping you up to date and making sure you have a great trip.
Our reps will meet you at almost all airports to help get pre-booked lift passes, equipment hire and tuition sorted – making sure you're ready for the mountain.
Most resorts will have a rep based there so, if you need anything during your trip, just check the app to find out where you can come for a chat. Even if there isn't a rep based in your resort, you can still get in touch 24/7 with any questions.
