Paradiski

What’s it like?
A fantastic choice for all abilities, with 425km of piste ranging from pretty tree lined areas to high altitude glaciers.
This extensive ski area is in the Tarentaise valley of the French Alps – with two main resorts, Les Arcs and La Plagne, linked by the impressive 200-plus-capacity Vanoise Express gondola which crosses from one to another in just 7-10 minutes.
The Paradiski ski area spans both the picturesque Les Arcs and La Plagne, the latter is home to the fantastic Crystal Childcare service so is an ideal destination for particularly families, but also skiers of all abilities. This makes for a great family holiday together where the kids can learn at their own speed and be kept active and entertained whilst parents and adults sample some of the fantastic village-style resorts and the superb skiing Paradiski has to offer.
Paradiski has got a great variety of accommodation, from chalets, hotels and various different styles of apartments. In La Plagne you can find hotels with Crystal Childcare, which keeps the kids entertained and lets the adults enjoy themselves too. For that extra level of comfort you can also find 'Our Finest' accommodation across the region.
Les Arcs
Skiing in Les Arcs is all about the different altitudes, making this a very diverse ski area where people of different abilities will find the right places to suit them. The lower altitude is perfect for beginners and intermediates, while experienced skiers can head up high on the Aiguille Rouge glacier and the famous 7km run back down into the centre.
Les Arcs is a resort divided into five different levels of altitudes all connected by various lifts and cable cars for easy access to the whole area. The highest resort is Arc 2000 which benefits from superb access to the pistes and good quality hotels. Arc 1950 is a purpose built village with a North American feel to it, offering a high end self-catering village with impressive wellness facilities and ski-to-door access. Arc 1800 and Arc 1600 act as the hub to the resort as a whole, with a full range of accommodation, restaurants and bars.
La Plagne
Similar to Les Arcs, La Plagne has varying levels of altitude to suit different abilities. Take advantage of the easy access to the slopes, long and wide runs, fun snow parks and pretty tree lined areas.
The main hub of this area is Plagne Centre, where you'll find plenty of hotels and chalets to suit all budgets and needs. If you're looking for Crystal Childcare then you need to head to Plagne 1800. Above Plagne 1800 are the villages of Belle Plagne and Bellcôtte, with plenty of purpose-built accommodations to choose from, many with ski-to-door access. Aime La Plagne is the highest altitude village, offering unparalleled views of the Tarentaise Valley, again with plenty of self-catering accommodation to choose from. If you're looking for the best access to the whole Paradiski area then head to Les Coches, as this is the little traditional village that links Les Arcs and La Plagne with accommodation close to the Vanoise Express.
