If the holiday you’re booking is more than 12 weeks away, and you’re flying with TUI Airways, you can secure it for only a £100pp deposit.
You can use your online account to manage your booking – make holiday payments, and spread the cost across multiple cards if you want to, and add extras like lift passes, equipment hire and ski school.
If you want to change your holiday dates or accommodation after you’ve booked, it’s easy to do by giving us a call. You can amend your booking for free up to 12 weeks before your departure date if you’re flying with TUI Airways (T&Cs apply). And if your holiday has to be cancelled for reasons relating to COVID-19, you’ll get a full cash refund for the amount you paid.
We’ve also got your back if the weather’s not right while you’re away. Our Crystal Snow Promise means that if you can’t ski in your resort because there’s no snow, we’ll do our best to arrange for you to ski somewhere else instead. And if you’ve booked your lift pass through us but can’t ski, we’ll give you a full refund (T&Cs apply).
