So what's it like?
Perfect base for exploring the 3 Valleys
Les Menuires is set between Val Thorens and Saint-Martin-de-Belleville and is a fine choice for those wanting 3 Valley skiing without breaking the bank. As well as heading to the more well known parts of the world’s biggest linked ski area, you have unrivalled access to the La Masse, home of some brilliant runs, away from the crowds. The village has a good range of restaurants, bars, shops and nightclubs.

Ski information
Beginners
The Three Valleys is a great place for beginners, with a huge range of wide, gentle slopes perfect for confidence building. Les Menuires itself has a relatively uncrowded local area, accessible by gondola or chair from the village.
Intermediates
The possibilities are huge for an intermediate skier, there are some great open slopes that lead back down to the resort from the Meribel Valley. Or you can choose another direction and have lunch in Val Thorens or Mottaret, there's simply too much to list!
Advanced
Expert skiers will relish the sheer volume of challenges on offer. From the fabulous powder snow on the Glaciers of Peclet and Chavière, the world-class mogul-bashing on the long steep Cîme de Caron black run. Head up the the Point de la Masse at 2805m and try some of the off piste routes down to Val Thorens to test yourself.
Nightlife
Although this village is described as quiet there are certainly plenty of bars and two nightclubs to choose from.
Activities
Leisure complex with a swimming pool & variety of sports, fun park with trampolines, bouncy castles, fitness centre, ice skating, snow shoeing & rubber ring tobogganing
Eating out
As most accommodation in Les Menuires is self-catering there are plenty of reasonably priced restaurants to choose from, offering traditional savoyarde dishes to tasty pizza.
