So what's it like?
Fantastic area for skiers and boarders of all levels!
This magnificent ski area is renowned for its excellent range of pistes and efficient lift system, connecting Hinterglemm to Saalbach and Leogang. On powder days you'll also find tremendous off piste through the trees, and local guides eager to show you the way. Hinterglemm is spread along one main street, and the nightlife is a little more low-key than its neighbour. The area has an excellent snow record and is renowed to be an intermediates paradise.
Hinterglemm has an excellent ski school and gentle beginner's slopes where novices can practice their technique.
The Ski Circus area has everything for the intermediate skier, combining 200kms of wonderful pistes on one interlinking circus. The choice of runs varies from wide open descents to long tree-lined pistes.
Competent skiers will revel in the wealth of challenging skiing provided by this fantastic ski circus. A must is the long black run under the Schattberg gondola and the off-piste possibilities are absolutely sensational.
The Goastall is a great place to start your apres ski.
