We have a wide range of Club Hotels that are managed by Crystal staff. They offer a combination of the structure and privacy of a hotel along with the traditional benefits of a catered holiday. Our Club Hotels are run entirely by our own friendly team of staff. The emphasis is on a relaxed and informal atmosphere, along with the friendly service and high standards of catering.

Celebrating something special whilst staying in a Crystal Club Hotel? The answer is our pre-bookable Celebration Package, a great surprise for a friend or family member celebrating a birthday or anniversary. They include: * 2 quality white bathrobes to keep * Bottle of champagne * Fruit bowl * Luxury Escada toiletries * Tea and coffee making facilities * Speciality truffle chocolates Prices are per room based on two people sharing. The Celebration Package will be placed in your room upon arrival unless you advise us of another date. £59 Full Package. £29 without the bathrobes. Please note that bathrobes are not available in the Banff Avenue Inn in Canada.

Surf whilst you Ski
We are pleased to offer internet facilities in our Club Hotels. Take the opportunity to 'Surf the Net', send e-mails to your family or work or even book another Crystal holiday! Use of this facility is charged locally.

Club Hotel Service
The Club Hotel Breakfast gives you cooked options each day and a buffet-style choice of cereals, bread, butter and preserves, orange juice, tea or coffee with additional items such as porridge, yoghurt and fruit to ring the changes through the week. Other local specialities, such as croissants in France, and waffles in Canada, will vary from country to country. Packed Lunches are available as in chalets - see page 9. Afternoon Tea is laid out for you offering tea, coffee and hot chocolate, with home-baked cakes or biscuits, plus bread, butter and preserves. Evening Meals are varied, with a choice for all courses, including both regional specialities and traditional British favourites and in keeping with the convivial Club Hotel ambience, are served at set times. A quarter litre (2 normal glasses) of wine is included per person with each meal, or two soft drinks if preferred. All Club Hotels also feature a weekly 4-course Speciality Dinner. Your Club Hotel Hosts have one well-earned night off (midweek) each week and therefore you will be free to try out a local restaurant in the evening. For that night you will be asked to look after yourselves. A selection of toiletries, sweets, drinks and wines is available at local prices from your Club Hotel.

Additional Information
We are happy to cater for vegetarians and, if possible, those with special dietary requirements, but it must be requested and confirmed at the time of booking. Where possible, our chefs will prepare individual dishes or they may adapt the planned menu. All of our Club Hotels have their own great value bars For those who like variety, you can purchase wine from our specially selected wine list at dinner A reception service is provided, normally from 0800 until shortly after breakfast finishes, then from 1630 until approximately 1900, although our staff are usually available outside these times We regret that room service is not available in our Club Hotels. For fire safety reasons and the comfort of all our guests, smoking will only be permitted in designated areas of the bar. Smoking will not be pemitted in bedrooms or other public areas of the hotel.
