Your Crystal Chalet Hosts Your Chalet Hosts have been carefully selected for their catering and housekeeping skills as well as their friendly and out-going personalities to ensure that you are made fully welcome and have a great time. All of the Chalet Hosts undergo relevant training before qualifying for this important role. They have one deserved day off when breakfast and afternoon tea are laid out for you and you have the chance to enjoy one of the tempting restaurants in resort for your evening meal.
Family Chalets Families are specially catered for with chalets near the childcare services and Chalet Hosts that will provide early evening meals for kids with healthy options. Request cots and high chairs at the time of booking. There is a charge for cots of £10 on European chalets and £30 in USA/Canadian chalets.
Family Plus Chalets Chalets with extra equipment to keep your luggage to a minimim. This includes bottle serilizers, changing mats, toilet steps and seats, potties, non-slip bath mats and a selection of baby food.
The chalets are equipped with a TV/video and a selection of family games. Please bring your own videos as they are not provided in the chalets. There will also be access to a fridge and microwave. All of the equipment listed is included in your basic holiday price.
