With Crystal Finest there's always a team available to look after you - right from the moment you book your holiday until you're home safe.

Our knowledgeable reservations team are on hand to guide you through the booking process and will do all they can to accommodate any special requests you may have.

The team who'll look after you on a Finest holiday have been chosen for their friendliness and work ethic. The chefs and chalet hosts are cheery, relaxed and competent in providing great food, atmosphere and facilities.

The resort managers and reps know the area well and are able to help you with any queries you may have. Also, if you're heading to the slopes with the family then you'll find our nannies all fully qualified as well as being genuinely affectionate - making sure the kids are well looked after and moreover that they are able to make the most of their time in resort.

From rep contact details to top tips for improving your skiing or boarding - we have thought of everything to make your ski holiday run smoothly.

The information pack is accessible here and is specific to your resort - you will be able to view it a month or so before departure.

You can discover the mountain with one of our local ski escorts - now available in 72 of our resorts, our FREE ski escort service is a great opportunity to spend time with other keen skiers and discover a ski area that may be new to you and your party.

We like to make sure your holiday runs as smoothly as possible. If you buy your lift pass from us then we will deliver it to you when you arrive in resort.
