Top insurance for the discerning skier! Excellent insurance is absolutely essential and really has to be tailored specifically to skiers' and snowboarders' needs. Therefore, we have arranged this wintersports insurance policy with Axa Insurance that gives you all the cover that you need. Please check thoroughly what our policy includes against others.
It is a condition of booking that you take travel insurance. You must either take the cover offered by us or take out another policy offering at least the same or better cover. No liability will be accepted for the consequences of any customers travelling without adequate ski insurance
Please Note: Full insurance cover can only be made by paying the appropriate premium when booking, and cannot be added subsequently. This policy is valid only for residents of the UK or Republic of Ireland, currently residing in that country.

Off piste skiing Off piste skiing is only covered when you are officially accompanied by a guide.
Annual Policies Annual Cover
· Maximum of 31 days per trip.
· Ski cover is a maximum of 17 days annually.

Medical cover - up to £10,000,000 Worldwide expert medical, emergency and repatriation services (£75 excess).
Personal accident - up to £15,000
Ski packs - up to £250 If you lose your lift pass, ski school ticket or hired ski, board or boots.
Luggage ski/snowboard equipment and personal effects - up to £2,000 Covering accidental damage or loss of personal luggage, ski, snowboard equipment or money. Maximum £500 personal money (£75 excess).
NB. This section includes cover for your own ski equipment.
If your own ski equipment is accidentally lost or damaged, it is covered for up to £500 to cover loss or damage to skis, snowboard, sticks, boots and bindings (maximum any single article £250). Also, if you have to hire skis because your own are lost or damaged, the policy includes up to £150 towards hiring skis. (All at £75 excess).
Travel Delay: departure/arrival - up to £200 Compensation of £20 for every 12 hour delay and with a maximum of £200. Covering delay in departure from the UK and including departure from resort on return journey (nil excess).
Missed departure - up to £1,000 (nil excess) For air, coach and train passengers. Covers additional accommodation and travel expenses necessarily incurred as a result of the insured arriving at the departure/return port or airport too late to join the service on which to travel, as a direct result of failure of public transport services, or due to an accidental or mechanical failure of the car in which the insured is travelling.
Loss of passport - up to £500 (nil excess)
Cancellation - up to £10,000 Due to death, injury or illness of the insured person, close relative or travelling companion, or due to redundancy or jury service, or unavoidable delay in departure from the UK exceeding 12 hours, following failure or disruption of public transport services (£75 excess).
Personal liability - up to £2,000,000 Legal liability for accidental injury to third person or damage to the property of third parties.
Legal expenses - up to £25,000 Cover for legal expenses in pursuing compensation/damages due to death/personal injury incurred during holiday.
Wedding extension cover - £30 per couple This must be added as an extension to the Crystal policy:
