28 days before your holiday you'll receive access to an online information pack that's dedicated to your resort.
As well as tons of local knowledge and information, the information pack has the contact details for your local rep. Many of Crystal's resorts has a Twitter name so you have the opportunity to drop them a tweet in the run-up to your trip. If you have a particular question then you can get a direct answer from an expert on the ground, or just get to know your rep before you meet them - they're always up for a bit of twitter banter.
The information pack can be viewed on a mobile phone or printed out to take with you to the resort.
