It’s our priority to get you on the slopes quickly
In most resorts you'll get your lift pass on the transfer to your resort, delivered to your accommodation or at the welcome meeting. In some places you'll get a voucher to collect your lift pass from a central point in-resort or at the ski lift itself. Whatever the method, we aim to get you out on the slopes as quickly as possible, without any hassle.
The specific arrangements for your resort or accommodation will be in your information pack (available 28 days before departure), and your rep will be on hand to help if you're unsure of anything.
Equipment hire works in a very similar way - you'll get a voucher during your transfer or once you've arrived in the resort. Depending on your flight time you might be able to get fitted for equipment on your arrival, but other places you'll need to do it during the next morning. It's important to take your ski socks with you to the hire shop to make sure you get correctly fitting boots, and if you've got your own boots don't forget to take these with you too.
If you've booked lessons then you'll need to kitted out before your first lesson. Again, the specifics of your arrangements will be in your information pack, and of course, your rep will be able to help if you have any questions.
