Receiving or collecting your travel documents
If you booked your ski holiday with us online, through our Sales Centre or with a member of the Crystal team at one of the UK indoor snow centres, your travel documents will be posted to you 14 days before your departure date.
Once you receive your travel documents in the post, please do not separate them before you go to the airport. Your party will need to check-in together at the same time.
