If your customers have any special requests for their time away with us, please let us know when you confirm their holiday booking.

We always do our best to meet your customer’s requirements but some things are out of our control - we'll endeavour to sort something out for them and let you know either way. As such these requests don't form part of our holiday contract with the customer and cannot be guaranteed. If their request is essential to their holiday arrangements, please let us know at the time of booking.
If your customer is disabled, elderly or have a specific medical condition, many of our accommodations will be able to help. The best way to book with us is to give us a call – this way we can speak to you about your customer’s specific needs and check that their chosen accommodation or resort is suitable.

If your customer or the party have specific dietary requirements, we're happy to help.
Please tell us at the time of booking - or contact us soon after you have made the customers booking - and we will make a note against their details that will be sent to their accommodation or airline.
Prior to departure it is also worth them making contact with their rep via our online Information Pack if there are any requirements that may have been missed.
