If you have any special requests for your time away with us, please do so when you confirm your holiday booking.
If you have already booked your holiday, please contact our After Sales team.
If you made your booking at a Crystal desk at one of the UK indoor snow centres please contact them directly and they will be happy to help.
We always do our best to meet your requirements but some things are out of our control - we'll endeavour to sort something out for you and let you know either way. As such these requests don't form part of our holiday contract with you and cannot be guaranteed. If your request is essential to your holiday arrangements, please let us know at the time of booking.
If you're disabled, elderly or have a specific medical condition, many of our accommodations will be able to help. The best way to book with us is to give us a call – this way we can speak to you about your specific needs and check that your chosen accommodation or resort is suitable.
If you or any of your party has specific dietary requirements, we're happy to help.
Please tell us at the time of booking - or contact us soon after if you've booked online - and we will make a note against your details that will be sent to your accommodation or airline.
Prior to departure it is also worth making contact with your rep via our online Information Pack if there are any requirements that may have been missed.
