Always on hand to make your holiday the best it can be

When you arrive at your destination airport, you will be met by one of our team of Crystal reps. Crystal reps are the experts in your resort - make the most of their knowledge of your chosen resort and ski area. We have at least one rep in most of our resorts, who are enthusiastically supported by our overseas management team. For some resorts where this isn't possible we'll provide the help of a nearby rep.

Our team of reps are carefully selected to ensure your holiday runs smoothly from start to finish. They'll be on hand to give you help and advice about the local area and any ski services we can offer, like equipment hire, tuition and lift passes or social skiing.
