When your customers arrive at their destination airport, they will be met by one of our team of Crystal reps. Crystal reps are the experts in our resorts - make the most of their knowledge of your customers chosen resort and ski area. We have at least one rep in most of our resorts, who are enthusiastically supported by our overseas management team. For some resorts where this isn't possible we'll provide the help of a nearby rep.
Our team of reps are carefully selected to ensure your customer’s holiday runs smoothly from start to finish. They'll be on hand to give your customers help and advice about the local area and any ski services we can offer, like equipment hire, tuition and lift passes or social skiing.
If during their holiday they require the assistance of the Crystal in-resort rep, they can call them 24/7 on the contact number they provide, or contact them on Twitter.

Updates to your customers travel plans? We'll text them automatically
To help keep them informed of any updates regarding their travel arrangements, such as extended flight delays, we offer a free text messaging service. If they gave you their mobile phone number at the time of booking, then they will be registered automatically. If they haven't provided their mobile number, please contact our After Sales team to get their number registered.
