What to do if you need to change your holiday details
We know that once you've made a holiday booking with us, for whatever reason you may have to amend or cancel your booking.
If you need to change your booking, please contact our After Sales team. If you made your booking at a Crystal desk at one of the UK indoor snow centres please contact them directly and they will be happy to help.
