So when it comes to choosing a resort and accommodation for groups, you can trust the recommendation of your dedicated Reservations consultant. It's all about whatever's easiest for you. So if your group want to travel from different UK airports, that's no problem. We know things can change so, we don't charge for name changes on charter flights until the tickets are issued (usually 4 weeks before departure).

Group Bookings
FREE lift pass for group leaders
We offer the unique bonus of a FREE lift pass for group leaders in selected properties. This is only available for groups of 15 or more and all adults in the party must pre-book their lift passes. Available on all weeks except departures on 19/20/21 Dec, 26/27/28 Dec, 19/20 Feb and 09/10 April.
To qualify for your FREE group places the following conditions must apply:
- FREE places are available on 7 night charter flights to Europe, Eurostar services, charter flights to Calgary plus British Airways scheduled services to Calgary, Denver and Vancouver
- Your travel agent should book groups for 8-9 on Viewdata as usual and then phone or fax our Groups Department to claim your discount. Your travel agent will contact our Groups Department if your group size is greater than 10
- The party size is determined by the number of full fare paying passengers
- Supplements, insurance and ski packs are not included
- Group must book for the same date, duration and resort
- Only 1 FREE child place is allowed per group
- The FREE places given will apply to the lowest priced holiday
- Additional passengers booked at a later date cannot alter the original group discount
- Reductions in group size will have FREE places reduced accordingly. Group places may be lost if all the conditions are not complied with
- All passengers must pay the full deposit, regardless of FREE places. Deposits on FREE places will be credited once final payment has been made
- If the group size increases after the booking, we cannot alter the original group discount
- Two children who receive a percentage discounted price holiday will be counted as one full paying passenger in a group
- Group FREE places cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer advertised
- Names should be supplied at least 10 weeks before departure or as agreed with the Crystal Ski reservations team, except for scheduled flights which require all names at the time of booking. A name change after this will incur an amendment fee - see 'Your Agreement with us'
- An administration charge will be levied for pre-booking additional overseas facilities
- Group reductions do not apply to European scheduled flights
- All other special offers including No Single Room Supplements are limited
- The group leader must ensure that all members of the group have adequate holiday insurance
The following conditions apply to any refund of up to 50% of the cost of a resort visit by a group leader prior to a group confirming a visit to said resort:
- Excludes Christmas, New Year and 19/20th February
- Discount applies to holiday cost only and does not include insurance or ski packs
- Maximum discount £400
- Refund will be made on return from the group holiday
- Booking reference from the 'exploration holiday' needs to be supplied at the time of booking the group
- Subject to change and availability
- Only available on a short breaks package holiday using charter flights. This can be a 4 night stay in Austria or Slovenia departing on 4th January, a 5 night stay in France, Switzerland or the Italian Dolomites departing on 3rd January or a 6 night holiday in Bulgaria departing on 2nd January.
- Discount applies to holiday cost only and does not include insurance or ski packs
- Subject to change and availability
- Offer excludes Christmas, New Year and 19/20th February departures
- Only applies to adults paying full brochure price (excludes free kids and reduced kids prices)
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers
- All FREE places are subject to availability
- Only available on 7 night package holidays using charter flights
- Not valid on accommodation only, flight only or self-drive holidays
