When you ski with Crystal, you're skiing with the experts. Our in-resort team is dedicated to making sure your holiday runs smoothly from start to finish. For the 2010/11 ski season, we've improved our in-resort service even more to ensure you have the best possible time.
We've got a unique pre-departure service that helps get your ski holiday off to the best possible start. We took your feedback and designed the Crystal Ski i-Pack to save you time on your arrival in resort.
All this and more is available online and on mobile 9 days before you travel. Don't worry, if we've got your email address we'll send you a reminder so you don't miss out.

All Crystal Representatives undergo a selection and training programme prior to being accepted in the vital role of ensuring you have a wonderful holiday. They are there, first and foremost, to make sure your holiday runs smoothly from start to finish. Our team is always on hand with help and advice about your resort and many countries also have a "manned" office.
Find your feet in a new area, or discover our insider knowledge by signing up for a day out on the slopes with one of our escorts. Available for 3 days a week, the ski escort service has been extended to include 10 more resorts this winter, bringing the total number to 72.

Your Crystal Ski or Snowboard Escort is there to help you to get to know the area. They have good all-round knowledge of the resort and at our pre-season training course will undergo basic training in mountain safety, as well as group leadership.
Days of operation for different standards of skiing or riding ability boarders will be advised at the beginning of your holiday. Places for escorted groups are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, provided your standard allows you to keep pace with the rest of the group.
Please note: ski and snowboard escorting is only available in selected resorts.
