Ski Packs
As a special service to our customers, we are pleased to offer the opportunity to pre-book ski packs for your holiday. This covers the hire of skis, boots, tuition and lift passes and the details will be confirmed on your invoice.
Lift Passes
Lift passes are pre-bookable and in many resorts there are the option of booking either a full area or local pass. As part of our Representative Service, your lift pass will be ready for you to take the first lift in the morning. This will either be delivered to your accommodation or you meet your Representative in a central point, usually the ski hire shop. See the resort pages on this site to see if photos or deposits are required.
Ski and Boots
We also offer the service to pre-book skis, boots and snowboards. We choose ski hire shops that are convenient for our locations and your Crystal Representative will give you a voucher on the transfer coach so you can collect the equipment at your leisure. Our ski hire shops are chosen for their location, professional service, quality equipment and the use of specialised technology to adjust bindings ensuring the maximum safety for the skier.
Ski Lessons
We recommend that you pre-book all ski lessons, particularly in high season to guarantee availability.
Ski Helmets
It is now compulsory for all children aged under 13 to wear ski helmets in Italy, Norway and Slovenia. In other countries, ski schools do not insist on the use of helmets as most children’s lessons are in designated children’s skiing areas. We recommend that children wear a helmet and these are pre-bookable in most of our resorts.
