Resort Information
Set amidst the spectacular scenery of the Jungfrau mountain range with the breathtaking Eiger as their backdrop, Wengen and Grindelwald offer over 158kms of well marked pistes. The two charming villages remain totally unspoilt and boast a long tradition of hospitality and friendliness. The pretty traffic-free village of Wengen is accessed by a quaint mountain railway, whilst Grindelwald is dotted with chocolate box chalets, yet the centre has a bustling and cosmopolitan atmosphere.

Family choice
Wengen and Grindelwald both offer good facilities to look after and care for children during the day. In Wengen, there is an English speaking kindergarten taking children from 2-7 years, held at the Sport Pavilion, 0900-1700 from Sundays to Fridays. Approx. SFr350 for 6 full days incl lunch.Grindelwald also has an English speaking kindergarten held at the Bodmi nursery slopes. Open 0930-1600 from Monday to Friday and takes children from 3-7 years. Full day cost approx. SFr50. There is also an English speaking ski kindergarten at the top of the Mannlichen and First ski area offering a free pick up/drop off service with full day care (on request only in Wengen).
