The Julier Palace is a good budget option for those of you looking to ski the St. Moritz area without the St. Moritz prices. Located in the pretty village of Silvaplana, 6km along the valley from St. Moritz, the ski lifts of Corvatsch and St. Moritz are just a short bus ride away. The hotel itself offers a very warm welcome and very Friday there is a free snow night for all guests which includes dinner in a mountain hut with live music until 2.00am! Bedrooms are basically furnished but all offer free WiFi and have playstations and a TV.
