Resort Information
Host to the 1994 Winter Olympics, Lillehammer enjoys a snow record that ensures a lengthy winter sports season. The main ski area is in Hafjell (approx. 20 mins. by ski bus) where many of the Olympic events took place. You can test yourself on the downhill course and there is a great range of runs for both beginners and intermediates. Lillehammer provides you with an enticing combination of a traditional Norwegian town and numerous exciting winter activities nearby. With so much to offer, both on and off the slopes, this a popular choice for weekend breaks and full length holidays for skiers and non-skiers alike.
