The slopes

Ski Information Beginners

(Crystal rating 1)

Some slopes are quite steep for the complete beginner but there are some very steady runs through the woodland in Sestriere which will help your confidence improve. Pragelato is linked to the Milky Way via a red run from the top of a cable car so is not suited to beginner skiers.

Ski Information Intermediates

(Crystal rating 5)

A paradise which offers a new adventure everyday, whichever resort you choose. The slopes offer wonderful free-flowing terrain allowing you to coast down the pistes whilst you gain confidence for more difficult runs.

Ski Information Advanced

(Crystal rating 3)

There are difficult blacks in Fraiteve and Moncrons and the off-piste is rarely skied out; Sestriere is best.

Ski Information Snowboarding

(Crystal rating 3)

A good variety of terrain is available, with off-piste in Sestriere to delight more experienced boarders. The area still retains a lot of drag and button lifts.
