Brides les Bains is many things for many people, for some it is a ski resort, others would call it a spa town and some would see it as a quaint little village. The great thing is that it manages to be all three, for those looking for great value in the world’s biggest linked ski area, it is a resort in the Three Valleys giving rapid access to Meribel, Courchevel and Val Thorens. If being pampered is more your thing, it is home to a fabulous heath spa, offering a range of relaxing treatments. If peace and quiet, in a traditional French village with good amenities, restaurants and shops is what you are looking for, Brides les Bains is the place for you. Which ever factor is top of your priorities, your are sure to enjoy all of what Brides les Bains has to offer.
Brides les Bains - low prices and access to the Three Valleys. Situated at the bottom of the valley below Meribel, with the last lift down at 5.30pm. In the town there are a variety of restaurants and bars, but the night life is low key. There is an excellent health spa that uses the thermal waters of the valley and for those fancying a bit of a flutter there is also a well established casino.

Beginners are well served by many gentle slopes and relaxing runs through the pine trees, including those by the Altiport and Rond Point des Pistes.
Intermediate skiers will rejoice in the vast amount of long red runs, ideal for improving your skiing. The Pic Noir runs from the Col de la Loze, descending through the trees or try the excellent 5km red run down the Combe du Vallon.
Competent skiers will relish the off-piste challenges, powder snow, glacier skiing and steep descents through the trees. Mogul bashers should try the famous 'Les Bosses' black run, while off-piste enthusiasts can enjoy the Mt. Vallon face above Mottaret. Add to this the fast Women's Olympic Downhill run on La Face, and the Three Valleys really has something for everyone.
Check out the board parks in Meribel and Mottaret, with 3 half pipes and a boarder cross or experience the wide open runs and great Three Valleys off-piste.
