The popular L'Hermitage is a firm favourite with Crystal guests. Located in one of the most convenient parts of the resort, with the village centre and ice rink just two minutes' walk away, you can also ski back to within a minute's walk of the door (in normal snow conditions) and it is a short walk to the nearby bucket lift.
The Club Hotel has a small lounge and the Crowded House Bar is popular with hotel guests and locals alike and also has an added benefit of a games room with pool tables.

The Petit Hermitage Residence is adjacent to the Club Hotel. Four of the five apartments sleeps up to five and consist of a three bedded room with balcony and a separate twin or double sleeping area, bathroom and WC. The fifth apartment has just two beds in the lounge. The accommodation does not include cooking facilities, and all meals are taken in the main building. We particularly recommend le Petit Hermitage Residence for groups. Please note: the pre-bookable baby monitors are not available for guests staying in the Residence.

The L'Hermitage is an excellent choice for families. We have our own purpose built crèche within the hotel for children aged 6 months to 4 years and run by our qualified nannies (open to all guests in Alpe d'Huez). 

If you are staying at the hotel then pre-bookable baby monitors are available (£30 per week). 

For five evenings per week we run the Snuggle Club for children from 6 months-4 years from 6.30pm-7.30pm and the Pyjama Club for 4-11 year olds from 7.45pm-9.30pm. These clubs are FREE to the hotel customers booking full day childcare.

The Crystal Whizz Kids Club is located at Club Hotel Vallée Blanche 15 minutes' walk away.
