Resort Information
Söll, Scheffau and Ellmau are all popular resorts of the Ski Welt - Austria's biggest ski area with 90 lifts and 250km of piste. In addition to these resorts we also offer accommodation in other villages including Itter, Brixen, Hopfgarten, Going and Westendorf (all with easy access to the Ski Welt ski area).
Brixen is situated in the centre of the Brixen valley between Westendorf and Kirchberg, just 10 minutes' from Kitzbühel. The town has several restaurants and bars as well as a leisure centre with a pool. The Hochbrixen gondola takes you straight up into the Ski Welt area.
Westendorf is a great choice for families, where children can ski from just 3yrs. The gentle nursery slopes are right beside the village, and for boarders there is an excellent snowpark. From Westendorf a short bus ride to Brixen links you to the main Ski Welt area.
Hopfgarten is a well established town and has plenty to offer off the slopes with restaurants, bars, a bowling alley, ice skating rink and floodlit toboggan run. The Ski Welt ski area is reached via a gondola, and the town is home to the longest ski run on the Ski Welt - 8km!
Itter is a quiet village at the foot of the Hohe Salve, with its own castle and church. A chance to escape from it all, whilst being on the edge of the Ski Welt. There are nursery slopes in the village, whilst a short bus ride takes you to the gondola station and up into the Ski Welt area.
Going is a small, very pretty Tirolean village centred around a beautiful domed church, just 5 minutes' from Ellmau. The village has a couple of nursery slopes but also offers easy access via a chairlift to the Ski Welt area.

Ski Welt Lift PassCovering 90 lifts and 250km of pistes, this pass gives you easy access to the Ski Welt from all resorts. All ski buses are free with your Ski Welt lift pass and the pass can be pre-booked for all resorts. Kitzbüheler Alpen Pass
If you are really looking for a challenge why not upgrade your lift pass to the Kitzbüheler Alpen Pass, giving unlimited access to the Kitzbühel/Kirchberg area as well as the Ski Welt. The areas are linked via Westendorf and the Ki-West cable car (with a short bus transfer in between). Alternatively hire a car and start in a different resort each day - other resorts covered include St. Johann, Fieberbrunn, Alpbach and Niederau.
