Resort Information

The village of Serfaus is part of the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski area and sits high in the Tirolean mountains. A modern lift system, wide range of pistes and excellent snow record make this a joy to visit. It is an excellent area for mixed-ability groups and the children's ski facilities are outstanding. In Serfaus itself you'll find a charming village, largely traffic-free and the selection of hotels includes two superb five star hotels offering you luxurious accommodation with wonderful spa facilities. A highlight of any stay is the weekly Adventure Night - an impressive display with lasers, snowcat, fireworks and a ski school demonstration.

You will find a selection of mountain restaurants ranging from traditional to the impressive and modern 'Ski Lounge' at the top of the Komperdell gondola. In the village you will find restaurants offering a range of menus, from Tirolean specialities to pizza.

Family choice

Serfaus is a wonderful resort for families. The ski school even has it's own cable-car - exclusively for use of children in ski school (not parents!). Up at the Komperdell you'll find the 'Kinderschneealm' - a world for children with magic carpets, dinosaur land, fairytale village, children's restaurant, specialist ski instructors and much more. Children can join ski classes from the age of 3 and the ski school also offers private tuition for younger children. After skiing families can enjoy sleigh rides, tobogganing, snow-tubing and mini-skidooing, to name a few!

There will not be a Crystal rep in resort but you will receive a welcome pack and a contact number for a rep on arrival.  Please arrange your lift passes/equipment/hire/tuition on arrival, with the assistance of the hotel.
