A Crystal ski holiday doesn't just mean we take care of your travel, accommodation and extras – we also make sure you have excellent Crystal Service before, during and after your trip. It's what we do.
Having dedicated over 30 years to helping people have a great time on their ski holiday, it's no surprise that our overseas teams have stacks of local knowledge, high as the mountain itself. Our service includes:
- 24/7 support and assistance via phone, email or even Twitter.
- Online info pack with tons of resort info and tips.
- Ski Explorer app with maps, snow reports, recommended routes and a friend finder.
- Weather, travel and resort updates via Facebook, Twitter or text message.
Our reps will meet you at the airport to help get your pre-booked lift passes, equipment hire and tuition sorted, and make sure you're ready for the mountain.
Some resorts will have a rep based there so, if you need anything during your trip, just check your info pack or the Ski Explorer app to find out where they'll be, and come and have a chat.
Even if there isn't a rep based in your resort, you can still get in touch 24/7 with any questions or queries. Although there won't be any Crystal-run après events in resorts without a rep, you can check your info pack or the Ski Explorer app for details on local events and activities to get involved in.
To help you get clued up on your ski destination, we give you access to an online info pack before your holiday. It has everything, including rep contact details, top tips, skiing pointers and maps. You can even look at it on your smart phone. Visit crystalski.co.uk/your-account.

Crystal Ski Explorer app
Own the mountain with the Crystal Ski Explorer app. As well as great features such as piste and resort maps, recommended routes from our team in resort and tracking your average speed and distance, you can now access all your booking information if you've booked directly through Crystal. From your flight tickets to accommodation information and pre-booked extras, you'll have everything you need in the palm of your hand, and not in the bottom of your bag.
Free text message service
Let us know your mobile number when you book and we'll text you a 24/7 contact number for our overseas team. You can then get in touch whenever you want, with any questions or queries. We'll also text you important updates, like travel disruptions, weather and resort info. It's a free service that could really come in handy, and we'll only use your number for keeping you up to date and making sure you have a great trip.
