As a ski tour operator, we provide ski holidays that offer something very different from your everyday life. The ski resorts that we offer are popular because of the climate and beautiful landscapes as well as the activities and snowsports that these factors allow you to enjoy.

In resort - Travelife
We're working with hotels to reduce the effect we have on the environment and as such we're one of the first holiday companies to ask all of our hotels to sign up to Travelife.
Travelife is a system developed by UK holiday companies, ABTA and other experts to help measure and award hotels that do their bit for the environment and local communities. Things like reducing energy and water usage, buying local produce, having a recycling policy and ensuring employees have fair working conditions.
Travelife provide help and advice as to how businesses can improve themselves. Once they've implemented some changes they can then apply for an audit where they have the opportunity to gain bronze, silver or gold sustainability awards.
We're delighted that the Sunstar Hotel in Grindelwald is the first of our hotels to achieve a Travelife Award (Silver). Our vision for the future is that all our hotels will follow their lead.
In the air
Using Thomsonfly for the majority of our charter flights, we have been able to increase our fuel efficiency by 50% in the last 30 years and we continue to work alongside Sustainable Aviation as part of an industry wide project. We have even been able to lower emissions per passenger by installing new leather seats and increasing our occupancy.
In our offices
Since our Kingston head office was classified as CarbonNeutral® in 2003, we have continued to reduce emissions and save energy in both our UK offices and abroad. Examples of this include fitted timers on photocopiers, water coolers and coffee machines, paper and plastic recycling schemes, power-saving computers and many more energy-saving schemes.
